Quotations, samples and production orders from XQY Packaging are subject to written confirmation of specifications, quantities, artwork and commercial terms.

Lead times start after artwork approval and deposit receipt where applicable. Customers are responsible for providing accurate artwork and compliance requirements for destination markets.

Title and risk transfer follow the agreed Incoterms on the order confirmation. Claims for transit damage must be reported with photos within a reasonable time after delivery.
